Roof repair
Leaks, loose seams or worn roofing? I find the cause and repair flat roofs and roof terraces, including connections and drains.

Concrete repair
I durably repair crumbling edges, concrete damage and damaged column bases, so the structure is protected again.

Joints and seams
Expansion joints, seams and connections are the weak spots of every balcony and roof. I seal them permanently and flexibly.

I repair cracks, plasterwork and damaged sections of wall, including work at height from scaffolding.

About me
I do the work myself
My name is Mateusz Majka. I'm originally from Poland and have made The Hague my home. I live here, I work here, and in January 2026 I founded my own company here: Mati Onderhoudsbedrijf.
With me you have one point of contact from start to finish. No middlemen and no changing crews. I come to look myself, I prepare the quote myself and I carry out the work myself. Carefully, as agreed, and with everything cleaned up afterwards.
My company is young, but I already have a number of satisfied customers in the region.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to coat a balcony?
That depends on the size, the condition of the surface and the weather. An average balcony is usually finished within a few days. The quote includes a clear schedule.
Can I use my balcony while the work is going on?
Not while the layers are drying. We agree in advance when the balcony will be out of use.
Do you also work for owners' associations and businesses?
Yes. I also coat complete walkways and balconies of apartment complexes and coordinate the schedule with the board and the residents.
Can I choose a colour?
Yes, the top coat is available in various colours, including a speckled finish.
Are the inspection and quote free of obligation?
Yes. Feel free to send a few photos via WhatsApp first; I can often give you an initial estimate straight away.
